  1. InnoGUARD™ 300H Coated High Speed Drill Pipe
  2. The wholly coated drill pipe makes the drilling speed (Rate of Penetration) a few times faster under the usual RPM and drill mud pumping rate, for various formations. It is due to the 80% reduced drill pipe surface friction that the coating stays after drilling hundreds of kilometers. Hard banding is no longer needed. There will be much less threads wear and swollen connections when the whole drill pipe string is coated (threads are coated, with no specific torquing restriction). No more internal corrosion that currently is protected by internal plastic coating which does not provide a sound protection. Less heavy weight drill pipe joints, and less sleeves/friction reduction tools will be needed. The coated full string drill pipe expedites the ultra deep drilling as well.

  3. InnoGUARD™ 300 coated carbon steel and/or stainless steel for high pressure hydrogen and helium storage/transfer operations
  4. The application is for long term use where high pressure hydrogen and helium are operated. Successful applications and lab tests have been done. Under high pressure hydrogen, an uncoated carbon steel material would lose 40-50% strength in 2 weeks.

  5. Casing/tubing for CCUS (Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage) and disposal wells/caves for many years lifespan (minimum 30 years), where severe corrosion and salinity exist.

  6. Casing/screening/pumping/drilling for high temperature thermal wells - InnoGUARD™ 300 coating expedites the operations from drilling to completion, with anti-scaling function.
