InnoGUARD 300 — Harber Coatings Inc

  
  InnoGUARD™ 100 is a reduced version of InnoGUARD™ 300 specifically designed for OCTG tubing, sucker rods and casing pipes to costly compete with the organic coatings(epoxy, polymer, liquid ceramic, etc). The coating's physical properties are the same as InnoGUARD™ 300, with thinner thickness and simplified pretreatment. 

  Cost wise InnoGUARD™ 100 is equivalent to or less than the prevailing organic coatings. Performance wise (in terms of lifespan extension), it still performs a few times better. Eventually the failure of the coating will be predictable, mild, and won't cause any operational trouble such as coating peeling, corrosion underneath the coating, accelerated corrosion, process plugging, etc.
